Background

Grant-Blackford provides a continuum of services to be proud of. Operating 16 properties in a two county area, the Center serves a range of ages from preschoolers in their homes to psychogeriatric clients in long term care and the Center's own freestanding inpatient unit. The Center has operated its flagship "Cornerstone Behavioral Health" site for 25 years, with a longer outpatient history.

The Center is well known for its continuing care adult program, providing a large (30,000 square foot) Community Support Program (see previous page). We're known for having the longest continuously running psychosocial rehab club in Indiana. We provide a creative variety of housing options for clients and a very active community outreach case management service.

The Center is a great place to use the skills that brought us into the helping professions. Many staff have made long term homes in the area, with some associated with us 25 years.
