Salary Staff or Hourly Staff


SALARY STAFF:

  • Optional Group Coverage:  Includes major medical, dental, prescription, and optical coverage.
  • Life Insurance:  One times annual wages, up to $50,000.
  • Annual Vacation:  Twenty working days per year (earned monthly and available for use after the first six months of employment).
  • Retirement Program:  Five percent of annual wages with five year vesting. Eligibility on July 1 or January 1 after one year of employment.
  • Professional Liability Coverage:  All activities are covered while acting within the scope of your employment; coordination with Indiana Patient Compensation Act.
  • Paid Holidays:  Seven days per year.
  • Sick Leave:  Seven days per year
  • Conference Days:  Up to five days per year. Some registration and related cost may be paid by the Corporation, on an approved basis.
  • Travel Reimbursement:  Mileage for business travel is reimbursed per established rates.

HOURLY STAFF:
