Summary of Duties: 
Function as the clinical supervisor for case coordinators and residential technicians who are currently working with clients within the community support program. This involves assessing and making appropriate intervention choices with regard to client issues in a timely manner. Duties also include reviewing clients' Individualized Integrated Care Plan (IICP) and making client specific recommendations to the case coordinator regarding the IICP. Also included is completing prior authorizations (Pas) for Medicaid Rehabilitation Option (MRO) packets. Employee will work with clients who have been diagnosed with serious and persistent mental illness and those with co-occurring disorders. Employee will plan and implement programs to accommodate client and staff needs and will participate in planning and coverage with other supervisors. Must participate in Access coverage.
