Summary of Duties: 
Duties include but may not be limited to: Claim Processing, Insurance denial/zero payments, mail processing and miscellaneous tasks that are asked by the supervisor or team lead. *All hours will be subject to change due to staffing needs such as coverage for vacation, conferences or workshops. Coordinate staffing issues during shift, including new employee orientation, staff training, etc. Assume responsibility for implementation of adult and adolescent care policies and procedures. Must initiate and review treatment plans for all patients on the unit. Conduct admission interviews; provide leadership in crisis management, and patient medication and mental illness education. This position will include weekends and holiday shift work.

This can include but not limited to: (a) meeting with the client on a scheduled basis to assess current functioning and to teach skills, (b) providing assistance on behalf of the client, as needed in linkage with entitlements, service agencies and the medical community and (c) jointly developing a treatment plan and regularly assessing progress in achieving those goals.
