Summary of Duties: 
Duties include, but not limited to provide childcare services on site to children of clients involved with different services in the organization. Completing registration paperwork, appointment scheduling, scanning/importing documentation, answering multi-line telephone system. This position will assist with greeting all visitors to the building and directing them to the appropriate party, client check-in & check out process, accepting payments on accounts and assist clients with payment arrangements. Will produce necessary documentation regarding families/clients including reporting to external agencies and courts. Will manage and coordinate a caseload including initiating planning for home visits or other contacts with clients in an effort to meet treatment plan goals. A case coordinator establishes a therapeutic alliance with the client, works with the client to complete assessments and tools to determine level of care and need, assists the client in learning life skills that will enhance their quality of life and monitors psychiatric social functioning to ensure safety in the community. This can include but not limited to: (a) meeting with the client on a scheduled basis to assess current functioning and to teach skills, (b) providing assistance on behalf of the client, as needed in linkage with entitlements, service agencies and the medical community and (c) jointly developing a treatment plan and regularly assessing progress in achieving those goals.

All Master degreed clinical employees participate in Access Center coverage.
