Minimum Education Required:   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Equivalent or High School Diploma with Computer Science/Equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum Experience Required:   MIS Management, knowledge of windows and VMWare system, technical knowledge with regard to computer and networking systems, and experience with web programming is a plus. Knowledge of SQL and report writing is preferred.
Summary of Duties: 
Responsible for general day to day operations of the Grant-Blackford data and phone network, should be comfortable in an extremely team oriented atmosphere. This means programming in report writing, computer troubleshooting and fix, networking topologies, and other aspects of IT. You should have a strong understanding of technology and good project management skills to help direct Grant Blackford in future projects and other computer management tasks as needed. You should be able to communicate computer issue with end users in a manner that they will be able to understand. The person in this position will also supervise the department with a minimum of 2 staff members. Familiarity with electronic medical records would be a plus for this position. Responsible for all other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Will manage and coordinate a caseload including initiating planning for home visits or other contacts with clients in an effort to meet treatment plan goals. Must be able to document and communicate orders accurately in a timely manner. Must be able to maintain a clean, safe and functional working environment. Provides accurate and timely information using the utmost discretion and protecting confidentiality of information. Interact with assigned patients throughout the shift both informally and in structured activities.

This can include but not limited to: (a) meeting with the client on a scheduled basis to assess current functioning and to teach skills, (b) providing assistance on behalf of the client, as needed in linkage with entitlements, service agencies and the medical community and (c) jointly developing a treatment plan and regularly assessing progress in achieving those goals.
