Serving at Cornerstone
Serving is one of the best ways to grow and make a difference. There are opportunities to serve inside the church and throughout our community.
From welcoming guests and investing in the next generation to supporting behind the scenes and joining outreach efforts.
You don’t need special experience—just a willingness to show up and use the gifts God has given you.
What should I expect on a Sunday?
You can expect a welcoming, relaxed environment, engaging worship, and a practical, Bible-based message. Whether church is brand new to you or you’ve been attending for years, you’re welcome here.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving about 15 minutes before service. This gives you plenty of time to park, grab a coffee, check in your kids, and find a seat without feeling rushed.
What should I wear?
Whatever you’re comfortable in! You’ll see everything from jeans and sneakers to dresses and button-downs. There’s no dress code, come as you are.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Look for our New Here area when you arrive. Our team would love to meet you, answer any questions, and help you find where you need to go.
Where do my kids go?
We have environments created specifically for kids where they can have fun, build friendships, and learn about Jesus in a way that makes sense for their age. When you arrive, our team can help you with check-in and show you exactly where to go.
How long is a service?
Our services are typically about 60 minutes and include worship, a message, and occasionally other elements like communion, baptisms, or special moments.
Do I have to give money?
No. There’s no expectation for you to give as a guest. Giving is an opportunity for those who call Cornerstone home, so when you’re visiting, we simply want you to enjoy the service.
How do I get connected after my first visit?
A Sunday service is just the beginning. From groups and serving to events and ministries for every season of life, there are plenty of ways to find community and make Cornerstone feel like home. Stop by New Here or text New to 951-425-4425 and our team will help you take your next step.
